Experienced practicing attorney since 1991 in various areas of the law throughout the State of Louisiana.
Judicial experience of being a Judge with the Workers' Compensation Court, State of Louisiana, from 2002 to present. Workers' Compensation judgments are appealable directly to the applicable Louisiana Court of Appeals and then to the state's highest court, the Louisiana Supreme Court.
Prior to judgeship, he obtained vast litigation experience serving as a charter Mediator with the Workers' Compensation Court for ten (10) years mediating over 10,000 cases.
Licensed to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, all United States District Courts in Louisiana, United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States Supreme Court.
Member of Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, 18th Judicial District Court Bar Association, Wex Malone American Inn of Court, and Better Business Bureau (BBB).
